Responsible for analyzing, determining, and driving opportunities to standardize, eliminate waste and improve end-to-end processes.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Serves as a thought leader regarding improvements of end-to-end processes enterprise-wide, with integration points in key business areas, Operations, PE &C, PSCCR, Finance, Actuary and IT.
Leads initiatives from assessment through the implementation of solutions and ensures that business controls are put in place to monitor the sustainability of process improvements.
Builds consensus across organizational functional areas, leads root cause analysis, uncovers trends, contributes to solution definition, and determines best practices both internally and externally.
Identifies and resolves tactical and strategic, high-priority organizational and business issues (SWAT team approach.).
Leads the development of new enterprise processes, reporting, IT system changes, and business practices.
Articulates to the Program Office, Operations Council, and ELT initiative drivers, status, and results.
Ensures alignment with other Enterprise initiatives.
Performs complex market and competitive analysis, develop performance goals, strategies, operational plans and utilize competitive intelligence to inform strategy
Develop investment/business cases and lead go-to-market initiatives for new ventures
Implement and manage business processes, support negotiations/contracting and continuously improve operational execution, and ensure governance standards are upheld
Evaluate performance to identify new strategic opportunities to expand or create new partnerships in opportune markets
Creates and initiates business solution development, works with other business partners to guide and support solution development, pilot and solution launch activities, and develops and strategic roadmaps that drive business solutions.
Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
Leads special projects/initiatives.
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in an operations environment including 7 years of leading and directing large enterprise-wide projects; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
MBA and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
Ability to travel may be required.
Provider contracting in joint ventures
This position will require strong presentation skills using PowerPoint and Excel.

Annual Salary Range*: $123,480 - $154,350
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
